Anthony update

Anthony is about 9 months old now. I had forgotten what it is like to have a baby in the house! Of course, the child practically adores me, constantly demanding my attention. The past two mornings, he's thrown a complete fit and started bawling when I had to leave for work. Poor thing, stuck home with mommy and daddy. I'd cry, too.

So, here he is.

On a different topic: I'll be posting some pictures of my Iris - they should all be blooming shortly. I have a few newbies this year that I have a hint of the color but won't know until they fully open.

Got debt?

More damned tax cuts for the wealthy......

WASHINGTON - The Senate gave final approval Thursday to a $70 billion election-year package of tax cuts that will extend lower rates for investors and also save billions for families with above-average incomes.

Only three Repugs voted against it, but some DINO's voted FOR it.

Just three Republicans — Olympia J. Snowe of Maine, Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island and George Voinovich of Ohio — voted against the bill. Democrats Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Bill Nelson of Florida and Mark Pryor of Arkansas voted in favor.

Just what those who make $100,000+ need - more money!

So, what's another $70 BILLION in debt? Rising interest rates, unemployment up, and new jobs down, yes, these spell out just how wonderful things are! I'm sure some will trickle down to the bottom, the working class will save $46 and the richest will save about $42,000. That sounds fair, doesn't it?
